All information services available through CSIL Lighting are provided by CSIL Centre for Industrial Studies , Europe's leading furniture industry research institute.

An internal search engine allows our visitors to search for the information they need according to the country. All documents are immediately downloadable upon purchase, subscription or free registration depending on the service they belong to. Offline purchases are also available.

How do I search for documents in CSIL Lighting?
CSIL Lighting provides instant access to information on the lighting fixtures industry and lighting-related sectors. Our information services are organized by document type and are supported by a unique database which contains hundreds of documents on the lighting, furniture and furnishings sector.
You will be asked to register to access free documents available on the site (registration is free), while you don't need to be a registered user to perform a search using the lighting database. An internal search engine allows you to search documents according to the country.
In our database, countries are grouped in the following geographical areas:

To search our database, select from the pop-up menus in the Search Table the country you are interested in: results will appear in reverse chronological order, grouped according to document type. Please remember that we are continuously adding new documents to the database, so don't forget to regularly monitor recent updates!
How do I access documents in CSIL Lighting?
Once you've searched the CSIL Lighting database using the product and country codes, your search results will appear in reverse chronological order. Each item has a title, as well as information about publication date, format, language, price.
How do I download documents from CSIL Lighting?
Once you have completed the online payment procedure and have received confirmation that your credit card order has been registered, you will receive a message saying that the documents you just ordered are available for immediate download from your Personal Page.
Follow the link to your Personal Page and find the complete list of your documents. You will be given the option of downloading your file(s) directly on to your PC by simply clicking on the document title.
Alternatively, you can download your file(s) at a later stage at your convenience: in this case, you only have to access your Personal Page from the World Furniture Online (Home page) and follow the above-described steps. Please, remember that the system will store your documents for no more than 5 days!
Files may be in PDF format. Whatever the format of your file(s), you just need one click on the title to download/access them.
If you have not already downloaded a PDF file, you first need to install the free Acrobat Reader (TM) software. Then, from your Personal Page you can download your file(s) directly on to your PC by just clicking on the document title.
