By accessing this Site, you are deemed to accept and are therefore bound by all these terms and conditions as amended from time to time, which constitute a contract (the "User Agreement"). Please note that access to certain Content may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
You will cease to have the right of access to and use of the Content if you cease to be an authorized user under the terms of the relevant User Agreement or if the User Agreement is terminated for any reason.

In no event will CSIL or its affiliates be liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising directly or indirectly from the use of (or failure to use) or reliance on the Content or the Site, even if CSIL or such affiliates have been advised of the possibility that such damages may arise. CSIL and its affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy, content, timeliness or functionality of the Content or the Site.
Refund Policy. Due to the fact the goods we provide are consumed as soon as they are received we do not provide refunds for orders once you have received them.
Material appearing on the Site may include sponsored material advertising and other material submitted by parties other than CSIL and the Site will provide links to other sites operated by advertisers and third parties. It is the responsibility of such advertisers and third parties to ensure that such material and such sites comply with all relevant laws and regulations. To the full extent permissible at law, CSIL disclaims all responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in such material or its failure to comply with the relevant laws or regulations.
You are deemed to have given your permission to CSIL to convey all or part of your registration information to independent auditors for the sole purpose of verifying site usage statistics. As part of the verification process, you may be contacted by these independent auditors and asked to confirm that you have registered with the Site. Accordingly, you may not register any personal details other than your own. If CSIL has reason to believe that any information you have supplied is not accurate, or it if considers that your username, password or password hint is offensive, it will terminate this agreement and you will cease to be an authorised user of the Site.
The name "CSIL" and logo of "CSIL" are registered trade marks. You are not permitted to use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce these trade marks or any other trade mark or trade name appearing on the Site or in the Content for any reason. The software which operates the Content and the Site is proprietary software and you are not permitted to use it except as expressly allowed under the terms of this agreement. Any other use or purported licensing, modification, enhancement or interference is strictly prohibited.
This agreement is deemed to have been made in Italy and is governed by Italian law as if it were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Italy, without reference to the choice of law provisions thereof. Both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts presiding in Milano, Italy.
